Calculating emission reductions

The Guidance on criteria for baseline setting and monitoring provides that:

Emission reductions or enhancements of net removals shall be estimated/calculated in accordance with annex 2 below (Guidance on criteria for baseline setting and monitoring, JISC 18, Annex 2, paragraph 34).
